It's simple to install the Acupanel® Glow - use the hook and loop tabs provided and press onto the felt backing of the panels, to ensure a secure fit. Please contact our customer care team for technical information, and installation guidance.
We offer free shipping to the mainland UK. We aim to despatch and deliver all in-stock products within 5-7 working days. We’ll send you an email when the order is despatched, and our courier will send you the tracking number on the day of delivery.

The Acupanel® lights come pre-boxed, with all wiring you will need for setup.
The remote is sold separately, but is optional! The lights are compatible with the Smart Life App, which is free to download from the app store.
We recommend testing your LED lights before installing them. Please refer to our installation video for testing, or get in touch with our customer care team for further advice.
The lights are only available in 240cm lengths, but can be cut down to fit to size.
Yes, the LED lights are dimmable!
The LED lights are designed to fit the standard Acupanel® Acoustic range only.
We recommend using hook and loop strips to install the lights - please refer to our installation video and guide.
The lights will be okay as long as they are kept away from water and extreme heat sources.
The lights are suitable for interior use only.
You can cut down the lights to size - please refer to our installation video for additional guidance.

You can return unused lights within 30 days after delivery.
